Meet Coach Andrew

_DSC0741.jpg

My name is Andrew Kleinsasser. Sports, athletics and fitness are my passion. Ever since I was a child, much like other children, I have been involved in sports. Since 2003 I have been a part of the football community in Manitoba in some shape or form. Since then I have transitioned from player to coach to trainer.

I graduated from the University of Manitoba in 2015 with a degree in Kinesiology and I became a strength and conditioning coach at a premium facility. Through the years I have had the privilege of learning from some of the top minds in the industry of human performance. I have gained knowledge and experience training both athletes and general population clients of all ages.

I have specialized in training athletes in their off-season, specifically football, but have developed my abilities to program for all types of athletes and individuals. It is my goal to provide well thought-out, periodized and safe training programs to athletes and individuals of all ages and levels while still maximizing results in athletic performance.

Alongside NFL/CFL alumni, Lamar McGriggs (pictured far right), we provide an on-field training program that brings experiential knowledge and up to date training directly to our football athletes.
