Individualized technique focused training programming. Tailored to the individual this includes an intro assessment and continued coach help.
This program is carefully thought out with you in mind. It starts with an introductory assessment to gauge your needs and goals. Training experience, mobility and equipment availability will be taken into account when developing this program. Each phase will consist of a 4 week block that will be different from the last to challenge you further!
Continued coach help will be available when you need it should any questions or concerns arise including a weekly coach check in to track goals and progression.
