Twenty-four weeks of a planned technique focused exercise training programming. This includes three workouts a week and is ideal for learning basic exercise movements or challenging yourself as you move through phases of training. New phases happen every four weeks! Access to basic equipment such as dumbbells and exercise bands are recommended to maximize results. This includes continued coach help should any questions or concerns arise.
