Sixteen weeks of Football specific off-season training program. This is a pre-programmed exercise plan that includes three workouts a week ideal for football players looking to build strength, power, durability and conditioning. Exercise equipment is necessary for maximum results. This program is broken down into four different training blocks that are each four weeks in duration. Continued coach support is available should any questions or concerns arise. **Intended for ages 14 and up with training experience.
