Get Fit From Home

30 minute H.I.I.T (virtual)

A stimulating half an hour high intensity interval training (H.I.I.T) class held over zoom. Requires little to no equipment to get your heart rate going and get a sweat on. Designed to be accessible, inclusive and convenient so you can do it anywhere you have internet. Join in from home, a hotel room or from your deck at the cabin!


Football offseason training

This program is designed for football players to improve their athletic abilities in all aspects while being mentored to become better players and better people.
Run by NFL/CFL alumni Lamar McGriggs and myself.
